When is the Virtual assignment due?
Please make an effort to keep up with vitual learning the day it is assigned. If this is not possible, simply reach out to your teacher to explain the situation and your plan for keeping up with the work. Teachers appreciate students completing their work as soon as possible. The lessons and assignments are timely and relevant. Partial or unfinished work is reported to the principal.
Why do we have Virtual learning days?
Virtual days allow teachers and students to "work from home" in the event of school closings. This allows our school calendar to remain unchanged, instead of adding missed days on in May or extending the school day to make up the time. Each eLearning day counts as one of the 180 days of school.
First grade students depend on the guidance of an adult to get them set up and hold them accountable for doing their best work. Parents, thank you for partnering with teachers to make learning from home possible!
